Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.

Marriage and divorce contracts of Shahrbanu and Qasim, 1903
Marriage and divorce contracts of Shahrbanu, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali, and Qasim, son of Mashhadi Haydar. The mahr was thirty tumans to buy goldware, copperware, felt, bedding from Isfahan, a rug, silk and European chintz clothes, and some property. The groom settled with his mother over copperware, felt, beddings, set of European chintz clothes, and part of the property. Later, he settled a part of the mentioned items with his father. On January 9, 1905, Shahrbanu settled her mahr with Qasim for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat in order to get a divorce.

Marriage contract of Shahrbanu and Ibrahim, 1900
Marriage contract of Shahrbanu, daughter of Karbalayi Yar Murad from Kahriz, and Ibrahim, son of Muhammad from Bahmanabad. The mahr is forty tumans, of which half was paid and the rest remains the groom's debt. The mahr additionally includes one-twelfth of the garden of the groom's father, a set of bedding made in Burujird worth three tumans, and a copper ewer and basin made in Kashan worth one tuman and five thousand dinars. On February, 13, 1903, Shahrbanu transferred the ownership of the mentioned properties to her father, and her father settled them with Sayf al-Dawlah for five tumans.

On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. Settlement between Marziyah Khanum and Maryam Khanum, 1896
Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Hasan, the bookkeeper at Kashan's telegraph house, with the power of attorney from Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Mahmud, and Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari from Kashan, resident of Kalah village, who has the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam, daughter of ‘Abd Allah Khan Ghaffari from Kashan. Some share of a qanat and an orchard near and in Kalah village have been exchanged with some shares of a bakery shop in Kashan. The detriment fees for both parties has been determined.

Settlement between Muhammad Baqir and Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Khan Saham-lashgar, 1902
Settlement regarding a building and a garden belonging to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali as well as 50 tumans, which was part of the late Sakinah Khanum's mahr and was inherited by the writer, Muhammad Baqir Garakani and the mother. But Mu‘tamad al-Sultan refused to transfer the property. Eventually, according to this settlement, Muhammad Baqir Garakani (on behalf of himself and the mother) transfers the ownership of this property to Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Saham-lashgar in exchange for 40 tumans.
